Bejeweled is the first puzzle game to be available for free on mobile phones. The iPhone comes with no games packed, which makes this news even more appealing. PopCap has adapted the old mobile game concept as to perfectly suit the performances that Apple’s phone brings. It uses the Web 2.0 capabilities of the Safari browser and wireless capabilities that the smartphone comes packed with.
“We wanted to give the hundreds of thousands of iPhone users a fun, fast gaming fix – and at no cost, no less”, said Andrew Stein, Director of Mobile Platforms at PopCap. Because of this, “We’re excited to be providing the most popular puzzle game of the 21st century to users of the most advanced mobile device yet created“, he further declared. Sounds like the perfect match heading towards success and a large amount of popularity for the mobile game developer company.

We have heard about “iPhone killers”, but less about “iPhone copies”. The Love Feng handset
would be a perfect match for that title, although its producers say it to be even better than the original thing. Apple must be red with fury and green with envy for not being able to bring the same amount of performances that the copy does. And still, they’re not.
The Love Feng Mobile Phone has been spotted on a Chinese auction site, in a series of photos. Some of the images even place it next to the iPhone, to make the comparison more obvious. Still, differences stand out greatly, without this being a surprise to anyone.
The handset indeed packs a touchscreen, although a smaller screen and some additional buttons for helping navigation. One more important difference comes from the fact that the device actually works on Windows XP. The interface is adapted to Chinese use and proves to be less dynamic than that of the real iPhone.

ASUS revealed full details of the P735, the new flagship in its P series of smartphones. The 2.8-inch LCD dominating the front provides extra room for the relatively new addition of Windows Mobile 6, which brings in simple Excel, PowerPoint, and Word editing. It also provides expansive room for web browsing with a faster variant on UMTS mobile Internet that sustains 384Kbps, including during uploads. The addition lets ASUS install a front video camera and is accompanied by 802.11g Wi-Fi that fills the gaps when indoors.
Most of ASUS’ other trademark features port over from earlier Windows Mobile 5 devices, such as a business card reader that translates shots from the 2-megapixel rear camera into contact information, and the Remote Presenter feature that controls and views PowerPoint slides from a nearby, Bluetooth-equipped PC. The P735 opts for miniSD cards for storage and doubles as a media player with AAC, MP3, and WMA support.

iHome prepares a new accessory for iPod, this product called iHome iH82, stereo for iPod speakers. Based on the existing iH80, the base of the unit is essentially the same, but with an entirely optional second speaker for louder, stereo sound. Crucially, the extra speaker does not require its own power supply; it instead takes its power from the dock speaker, You can run the speakers off a wall adapter or eight C-cell batteries housed solely in the main speaker, and dock your iPod on top with adjacent and included Infrared remote controls. The dock itself supports fourth- and fifth-generation iPods along with minis, nanos and shuffles. An infrared remote comes standard. iHome has yet to announce pricing or a release date for the set.
