Sony Ericsson MD300 First USB mobile broadband modem from Sony Ericsson, that plugs into any standard USB port, which makes it great to be used as a memory stick as well. The card relies on Microsoft Windows software to install and configure itself when plugged in. The response time is that of only a few seconds and needs only 128 MB of addressable memory for the user. Moreover, Mac drivers are also available for download to ensure compatibility with any operating system.
The MD300 has a simple Wireless Manager interface that makes it extremely easy and enjoyable to use. There will also be instant access through a previously configured button to the PlayNow mobile entertainment service from Sony Ericsson. The device is evolved enough to use with a laptop or with a desktop computer, using a HSDPA, UMTS, EDGE or a GPRS network. Moreover, the device also comes with a set of accessories, such as the desk stand and USB extension cable, to make it even more reliable.

Bluetooth is the solution for getting rid of all the wires while also keeping sound at top performances. The device comes in a small and easy to handle design, with only 61 x 18 mm in size. It weighs 14 grams, which should make it almost impossible to feel and not be disturbing in the least, even when used for a long period of time.
Sony Ericsson went with a more classic design this time, leaving aside bold colors and smooth lines. The HBH-PV703 Headset looks just like some older models of the same kind, with little innovation. This makes it target especially the market that looks for performance above any design flick, as attractive as it might be.

Bluetooth 2.1 makes it easier for handset users to connect their devices with others packing the Bluetooth technology. All that they have to do is turn on their headset and then select the “Add Bluetooth device” option on the mobile phone. The device will automatically connect to the headset immediately after.
“This leap forward in usability further improves the Bluetooth experience and makes the technology easy for anyone to enjoy”, said Michael Foley, Ph.D., executive director of the Bluetooth SIG. “Also, in our effort to unite wireless technologies, Version 2.1 + EDR enables the ultra short range technology called Near Field Communication (NFC) for a pairing scenario that is as simple as touching the products together”, he further said.
The new technology of Sniff Subrating manages to improve battery life up to five times in devices that requires constant use of data. This includes mice, keyboards, watches, home sensor networks and medical devices, aside from mobile phones.

The BlueAnt Z9 Bluetooth Headset has received an award at this year’s edition of CES, as it features an attention for detail that few other producers have shown in the past.
